Will these seeds actually grow where I live?
Our kits are tailored to your location, so you’ll always receive seeds that are right for your conditions and the time of year. 🌱
Due to quarantine restrictions, we’re currently unable to ship seed kits to Western Australia.
What if I'm a serial plant killer?
You’re not alone 🙃. Forget the balcony graveyard of sad plants - our kits make it super easy, with the right seeds, soil and simple steps so you can actually grow (and eat) the good stuff.
Are the kits sustainable & eco-friendly?
Our compost is made from repurposed coconut coir (a by-product of the coconut industry). It’s organic, vegan, and carbon-conscious.
The nutrients we include in each kit are just the right amount for your plants , so they thrive without causing unnecessary environmental impact.
Our pots are recyclable, and we reuse them whenever we can.
Even our delivery partners are chosen with the planet in mind, so your kit’s journey is as green as your garden!
Can I choose what I grow each month?
We like to keep things simple 🌱 — we carefully pick seasonal seeds that grow well, taste great, and are perfect for the time of year.
Can I grow this in a small apartment?
Yes! A sunny windowsill indoors or a patio/balcony outdoors is plenty — just aim for a spot with access to 6-8 hours of direct sunlight each day.
Can kids get involved?
Yes! Kids love seeing seeds sprout — it’s a fun (and sneaky) way to get them excited about veggies.
How much and how often can I harvest?
Each kit fills two medium pots, with seasonal plants ready anywhere from a few weeks to a few months — perfect for small, fresh harvests at home.
What are delivery times?
Depending on where you are, we might hand-deliver your kit ourselves! Otherwise, our delivery partners usually get it to you within 5 business days.
Can I change, pause or cancel my subscription?
Of course! You can skip a season or cancel anytime by logging in and managing your subscription — or just email us, we don’t bite 😄.
Is there a minimum subscription length?
Nope! Stay for one month or a whole year — it’s totally up to you.
